Breguet is seeking a Market Coordinator to coordinate sales across international markets within its Sales Management team. The role supports Brand Managers, oversees sales operations and market performance, and contributes to commercial projects; the position is 70%.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee market sales activities, including planning, coordination, performance monitoring and reporting.
- Support Brand Managers and relay key information to the Sales Management team.
- Facilitate communication between headquarters, markets and external partners.
- Manage sales operations and administration, including orders, ERP/CRM customer records, pricing and contracts.
- Coordinate workflows with internal departments and follow up on specific requests.
- Contribute to commercial projects and market transformation, including openings, closures and tools.
- Maintain and ensure the reliability of tracking tools and databases.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and partners.
- Ensure a high level of service and handle sensitive situations professionally.
Qualifications
- Training in business or equivalent.
- Experience in sales coordination or sales administration, ideally in an international or luxury environment.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Good command of IT tools, including ERP, Excel and CRM.
- Strong organization, rigor and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy, proactivity and a strong service orientation.
