Breguet is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to oversee occupational health and safety and fire protection across its sites, ensuring risk prevention and regulatory compliance. The role leads prevention measures, incident follow-up, employee training and evacuation drills, and coordination with authorities and external partners.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage the occupational health and safety policy and fire protection measures.
- Identify, assess and prevent risks to ensure a safe working environment that complies with legal requirements.
- Monitor incidents, coordinate corrective actions and promote a culture of prevention.
- Organize training, evacuation drills and awareness initiatives for employees.
- Work with authorities, inspection bodies and external partners on safety and fire protection matters.
Qualifications
- Higher education in occupational health and safety or equivalent training.
- Training in fire protection.
- Confirmed experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Good knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and fire protection.
- Proficiency in project management and delivering training.
- Autonomous and rigorous, with excellent communication skills.
