Role & Responsibilities

• Execute client sales aligned with Breguet's brand DNA and ultra-premium positioning, delivering bespoke and excellence-driven boutique experiences
• Lead, develop, and coach the sales team daily, fostering individual and collective performance while maintaining exemplary standards
• Drive commercial performance metrics and progress toward sales targets through active pipeline management and result analysis
• Implement Breguet's commercial policy, including discount protocols, in accordance with corporate and Store Manager directives
• Manage after-sales service, client inquiry follow-up, and correspondence compliance
• Maintain rigorous, high-quality CRM data integrity, ensuring reliable client information and interaction traceability
• Execute proactive clienteling initiatives through CRM, initiating and tracking personalized engagement to strengthen client relationships and loyalty
• Identify, recruit, and develop new client prospects in line with Breguet's positioning
• Enforce boutique standards, including compliance with house rules (the 'Bible Boutique'), interior presentation, cleanliness, and brand image
• Oversee team development through the Breguet LMS platform and support coaching initiatives
• Ensure quality and consistency of CRM engagement and client interaction management across the team
• Supervise merchandising, product presentation, and visual standards throughout the boutique
• Manage relationships with external service providers, including contracts, vendor coordination, and follow-up
• Control all product releases for sales, display, or press events; maintain and monitor the consignment register with strict oversight
• Process and manage duty-free transactions
• Transmit flash reports and operational information
• Manage stock orders and receipt of merchandise
• Oversee consignment tracking and controls
• Maintain and review the operational log
• Act as Store Manager proxy during planned or unplanned absences, ensuring service continuity and operational standards are upheld
• Ensure consistent application of Breguet standards in all circumstances

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in watchmaking, jewelry, or luxury retail, with demonstrable experience in an ultra-premium environment serving discerning, international clientele
• Expert knowledge of haute horlogerie codes and full command of Breguet's heritage, values, and positioning
• Proven track record of team leadership in sales with an assured, exemplary management approach
• Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms, clienteling methodologies, and personalized client relationship management, including prospect identification and development
• Strong commercial acumen, fluency with KPIs, sales analytics, and performance management
• Meticulous attention to detail, operational rigor, and unwavering adherence to house standards
• Demonstrated leadership quality, reliability, operational autonomy, and strong sense of accountability

Skills

Experience

At least 5 years of confirmed experience in watchmaking, jewelry, or luxury retail, with substantial exposure to an ultra-premium, discerning international clientele. Demonstrated experience in retail team leadership with an assured, exemplary management posture is required.

Education
