Breguet seeks Deputy Store Manager for Paris flagship boutique at Place Vendôme—luxury retail leadership role with Swatch Group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in overall boutique leadership and strategy execution
  • Supervise daily operations, staff scheduling, and performance management
  • Ensure impeccable visual merchandising, maintenance, and presentation of timepieces
  • Deliver consultative selling and personalized client service in alignment with Breguet's heritage and values
  • Monitor KPIs, sales targets, and client satisfaction metrics
  • Train and develop boutique staff in product knowledge and service excellence

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Fluency in French and English (German or Italian advantageous)
  • In-depth knowledge of or passion for haute horlogerie and luxury timepieces
