Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to an international clientele within a flagship boutique environment on Bahnhofstrasse.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge of Breguet timepieces and communicate technical and historical attributes confidently to clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, presenting products, closing transactions, and ensuring accurate documentation and payment handling.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up, and appointment management.
- Support boutique merchandising standards, floor presentation and stock rotation to preserve brand aesthetics and product integrity.
- Collaborate with after-sales and service teams to coordinate repairs, warranties and bespoke client requests while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Contribute to sales reporting, inventory control and adherence to internal policies, loss-prevention procedures and local regulations.
