Breguet seeks a Boutique Manager in Milan to lead the Monte Napoleone boutique, drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all daily boutique operations at the Monte Napoleone location, ensuring flawless execution of brand standards and client experience.
- Drive boutique sales performance to meet and exceed revenue, conversion and average‑transaction KPIs through proactive selling and pipeline management.
- Recruit, develop and coach the retail team; set individual targets, conduct regular performance reviews and deliver ongoing product and service training.
- Own clienteling and relationship management strategies, nurture VIP and prospective clients, and oversee CRM data quality and follow‑up.
- Manage inventory, stock controls and merchandising execution with strict adherence to loss‑prevention, security and after‑sales procedures.
- Prepare regular commercial and operational reports for regional management; analyse performance and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with after‑sales service, regional sales and marketing teams to execute launches, events and local activations.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing a luxury retail boutique or flagship store, ideally within watches or high jewellery.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets, developing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong knowledge of haute horlogerie or willingness to rapidly acquire technical product expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a small team, coach sales techniques and manage performance.
- Fluent business Italian; professional working proficiency in English is highly desirable.

Typically requires 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in luxury retail management, preferably within watches or jewellery, with a proven record of meeting commercial targets and managing boutique teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, retail management or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
