Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the boutique team by communicating objectives, responsibilities, brand standards, and procedures; assign tasks and provide feedback
  • Coach boutique team members through team meetings, on-the-job training, appraisals, and regular feedback aligned with collective objectives
  • Monitor staff appearance, behavior, and adherence to company policy and boutique guidelines including uniform, presentation, and professional conduct
  • Exceed boutique sales targets in accordance with brand retail strategy, Group procedures, and legal and fiscal compliance requirements
  • Generate and convert target prospects into boutique customers whilst developing acquisition programs for high-potential client segments
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships and provide special attention to VIP customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business
  • Identify business opportunities and propose clienteling strategies using CRM systems; input and update client information to inform sales engagement
  • Guarantee proper boutique maintenance including cleanliness, visual displays, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Identify operational issues and propose solutions to ensure flawless daily store operations
  • Assure security and proper maintenance of stock timepieces and luxury inventory

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in boutique or luxury retail management
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong team leadership and staff coaching capabilities
  • Advanced CRM and clienteling expertise

Experience
