Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and timely follow-up for prospective and existing clients to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through tailored advice and personalized product recommendations
- Perform upselling and cross-selling activities while preserving the luxury client experience
- Engage clients in local activation events and brand-aligned experiences
- Support colleagues with sales administration including invoice preparation, gift wrapping, and packaging
- Develop advanced knowledge of watchmaking savoir-faire and sales techniques
- Maintain boutique presentation through product displays, props arrangement, and overall merchandising
