Role & Responsibilities
- Manage precious metal inventory on ERP systems through procurement entry, receipt recording, and stock input documentation
- Allocate precious metals to manufacturing work orders and track their allocation status
- Monitor purchase orders and manufacturing orders; provide support in quotation preparation
- Receive and manage precious stones designated for setting and paving operations
- Track the manufacturing workflow across multiple atelier departments (jewelry crafting, stone setting, polishing) and external subcontractors
- Process warranty claims and manage items held in trust for clients
- Provide IT/ERP system support to resolve workshop user issues
- Prepare and coordinate inventory cycles and counts
- Archive technical documentation and support compliance audits
- Order and manage workshop tooling and supplies
- Welcome and coordinate partner and client visits within the atelier
Qualifications
- Secondary education through Bachelor's degree level (Bac+2 to Bac+5) from university, business school, or engineering school
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Demonstrated adaptability in dynamic environments
- Demonstrated interest in or familiarity with fine jewelry craftsmanship
- Proficiency with business software including Excel and ERP platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfort with diverse, multifaceted responsibilities
