Boucheron seeks Training Manager in Shanghai, China to develop and deliver sales training programmes across retail locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive training curricula focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and retail excellence standards
- Conduct training sessions across retail and wholesale channels, adapting content to audience and sales context
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee skill development through assessment and feedback mechanisms
- Support store management teams in identifying training needs and implementing improvement initiatives
- Ensure alignment of all training activities with Boucheron brand values and sales objectives
Qualifications
- Proven experience designing and delivering professional training programmes in a luxury retail or sales environment
- Strong knowledge of high-end jewellery products, brand heritage, and luxury consumer expectations
- Demonstrated ability to assess skill gaps and create targeted development solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience supporting store operations and sales team development
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in training, learning and development, or retail management within luxury goods, with direct responsibility for designing and delivering sales or product training programmes.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in business administration, training and development, human resources, or related field.
