Boucheron Paris: 6-month Talent Development Internship in Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and HR Communications. July 2026 start.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to the deployment of training and skills development plans for all employees, including operational coordination with training providers and monitoring of key performance indicators
  • Support the animation of the digital learning platform and participate in the creation of engaging educational content aligned with the Maison's HR strategy
  • Drive employer branding initiatives through the creation of compelling content, including employee testimonials, video interviews, and internal articles optimized for social media and career channels
  • Organize and support Boucheron's presence at campus recruitment events to strengthen visibility and attract emerging talent
  • Support initiatives aimed at strengthening team engagement, including internal surveys, communication campaigns, and global HR events
  • Propose and develop new processes to address internal stakeholder needs through regular analysis, data reporting, and cross-departmental mobility initiatives
  • Maintain internal HR and Talent documentation, guidelines, and reference materials to ensure continuity and consistency across the department
  • Gather stakeholder feedback on completed projects and events to consolidate learnings and support continuous improvement of processes and future initiatives

Qualifications

  • Master's degree student (final year) from a university or business/management school
  • Previous experience in project management, communication, or HR development highly valued
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent written and spoken command of both French and English with strong writing capabilities
  • Autonomous, team-oriented, service-minded, and creative approach to problem-solving
