Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with local merchandising teams
- Monitor product availability in boutiques and alert on stockout risks
- Define and administer assortment depth parameters by boutique location
- Configure the retail replenishment module within the ERP system
- Ensure proper execution of distribution and replenishment rules
- Manage inventory and prioritize stock-constrained product references
- Design and pilot store-to-store stock allocation strategy to optimize product availability
- Coordinate stock reallocation and return operations
- Drive overstock reduction and inventory optimization initiatives
- Define, track, and analyze Supply Chain KPIs
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead associated action plans
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and tool evolution
Qualifications
- Degree +5 (Bac+5): engineering school or business school graduate
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supply Planner or equivalent role
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Relationship management skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency including VBA macros
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency
- ERP system knowledge
- Oral and written English proficiency (required)

Minimum 3 years in a Supply Planner role or equivalent supply chain planning function, demonstrating proficiency in inventory management, retail replenishment processes, and ERP system configuration.
Education
