Boucheron seeks a Store Manager in Shanghai to lead boutique operations, sales and teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all boutique operations to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, developing and executing daily strategies and action plans in coordination with the commercial team.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales team; set targets, manage discipline and foster career progression to maximize store performance.
- Drive CRM and clienteling activities to grow a qualitative and quantitative VIP database; implement KPI-driven follow-up and conversion strategies, with a focus on High Jewelry clientele.
- Ensure accurate inventory control, healthy stock levels and merchandise assortment that reflect market demand while maintaining security and loss-prevention measures.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines from HQ, plan timely window and interior display changes, and maintain impeccable housekeeping standards.
- Oversee administrative functions including payroll, billing, daily and month-end reporting, invoice control, vendor and landlord relationships and budget compliance.
- Coordinate in-store events and marketing promotions to protect and project a premium brand image and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- College graduate or above (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience in retail operations with managerial responsibility, preferably within luxury jewelry, watches or fashion.
- Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching and team development skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, pragmatic and results-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills; high integrity and able to work under pressure.
- CRM-driven and strategic approach to client development and retention.

Experience
At least 5 years of solid retail operations experience in a managerial role, with a successful track record in luxury retail (watches, jewelry or fashion) overseeing sales, teams, inventory and store P&L.
Education
College graduate or above (preferred).
