Boucheron Store Manager position in Beijing. Lead luxury retail operations, manage teams, and drive sales in this senior retail management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations and financial performance to achieve business targets and KPIs
- Cultivate an exceptional client experience through strategic relationship management and sales channel optimization across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce
- Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to ensure exceptional service delivery and brand consistency
- Ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand guidelines and maintain an immaculate store presentation
- Implement and monitor store operational procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with corporate policies
- Serve as the primary brand representative, embodying Boucheron's values and positioning to clients and stakeholders
- Manage CRM activities and client engagement initiatives to build long-term brand loyalty
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or equivalent leadership role in luxury retail
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and achieve sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Client-facing experience in a luxury brand environment
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and brand standards
- Understanding of multi-channel sales operations (retail, wholesale, e-commerce)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive retail management experience in luxury goods, preferably within jewelry, watches, or high-end fashion. Proven track record of driving sales performance and managing store teams in a multichannel retail environment.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business management, retail management, or hospitality preferred.
