Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of all Boucheron store facilities
- Address facility issues and maintenance problems promptly to minimize disruption to retail operations
- Manage building maintenance activities, including coordinating with contractors and service providers
- Implement and monitor energy-saving initiatives to optimize operational costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols across the store environment
- Coordinate fleet management activities if applicable
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professionally maintained retail environment that reflects brand standards
- Liaise with store management and headquarters on facility-related matters
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality environments
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of building maintenance, health and safety standards, and energy efficiency practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to urgent facility issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
Experience in facilities management or general services support roles, ideally within a retail, hospitality, or corporate environment. Experience managing building systems, maintenance contractors, and ensuring operational continuity is highly valued.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) required; technical certifications in facilities management, HVAC, electrical systems, or health and safety are advantageous.
