Role & Responsibilities

• Assist the architecture and design teams in developing projects related to the evolution of the architectural charter, furniture, and accessories with a sustainability perspective using specialized design tools
• Support carbon footprint calculations and define action plans for the store design department
• Design and create mood boards from in-depth aesthetic image research that reflect design intent
• Model new furniture and retail spaces in alignment with ongoing projects to showcase design choices
• Foster curiosity and support the team in utilizing AI tools for design practices, from conception to technical drawing, facilitating tasks and pushing the boundaries of creativity
• Manage the distribution of materials and prototypes to international markets and suppliers
• Serve as the primary contact for interior decoration suppliers and manage their inventory dedicated to store locations
• Participate in organizing committees, creating presentations, and drafting meeting minutes

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture or interior design from an applied arts school, Beaux-Arts academy, or higher art and design school
• Proficiency in reading plans, technical drawing, and knowledge of interior materials
• Fluency in French and English
• Mastery of AutoCAD and Photoshop, as well as a 3D modeling software (Rhino, Blender, KeyShot)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Demonstrated curiosity with a strong interest in contemporary creation and broad general knowledge
• Particular sensitivity to materials and aesthetic finishes typical of retail store design
• Strong ability to work in a team and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated organizational skills, reliability, commitment, rigor, and consistency
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Adaptability, ability to navigate complex environments, and responsiveness

Experience

Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in architecture, interior design, or related creative discipline; suitable for candidates transitioning from academic training into professional practice.

Education

Degree or expected degree in architecture, interior design, applied arts, Beaux-Arts, or higher art and design school.
