Boucheron seeks a Store Design & Planning Procurement Manager in Paris to cover maternity leave. Fixed-term contract (CDD) from July 27, 2026 to February 13, 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Animate and manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews, data management, CSR initiatives, and innovation activities
  • Oversee supplier prequalification processes in collaboration with Store Design & Planning teams across all regions
  • Monitor supplier risk exposure and support the development and implementation of mitigation action plans to ensure business continuity and sourcing diversification
  • Support internal stakeholders in formalizing requirements, drafting specifications for new tenders, products, and development projects, and assessing supplier risks (financial, operational, reputational)
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment between procurement strategy, timelines, and operational constraints
  • Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, process optimization, cost savings, and value creation initiatives
  • Conduct detailed cost analyses and track departmental savings achievements
  • Support sourcing needs while anticipating expansion into new regions, managing supplier selection and negotiations, and driving initiatives to reduce environmental impact (local sourcing, marble strategies)
  • Integrate Corporate Social Responsibility considerations into project development and procurement processes, and monitor implementation of existing governance frameworks
  • Promote responsible sourcing practices and support suppliers in improving performance
  • Support the team in establishing agreements and ensuring full compliance of contractual documents with legal requirements and Group policies in close collaboration with the Legal Department
  • Ensure contractual compliance and support risk mitigation throughout supplier engagement processes

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in a similar field and industry
  • Background in procurement, engineering, or equivalent discipline
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Demonstrated ability to implement monitoring tools for decision-making
  • Proven track record in process optimization and cost savings initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with advanced Excel expertise
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Experience
