Boucheron Part-Time Store Coordinator, Las Vegas, Nevada. Coordinate luxury boutique operations and client experience; $25–$27/hr plus incentive.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with discretion, warmth, and professionalism, establishing the refined boutique experience
- Assist Sales Advisors during appointments by preparing jewels, presentation trays, and refreshments
- Ensure presentation areas and visual displays are immaculate, replenished, and aligned with Boucheron brand standards
- Collaborate with internal teams on celebrity fittings, photo shoots, transfers, and consignments
- Oversee daily boutique coordination, managing appointments, deliveries, and service requests without disruption
- Receive, ship, and maintain inventory cycle counts; manage semestrial store inventory
- Manage client repairs and after-sales processes with precision
- Maintain stockroom organization, ensuring pieces are prepared for appointments and safely returned
- Manage boutique supplies, packaging, and stationery for client interactions and gifting
- Open and close the boutique, supervise security schedules and cleaning crew duties
- Prepare boutique reports, appointment schedules, and sales documentation with accuracy and discretion
- Process client orders, repairs, and special requests in alignment with brand guidelines
- Support the Store Director with calendar coordination, event preparation, and communications
- Plan and execute boutique events, private viewings, and high jewelry showcases
- Manage VIP appointments with white-glove precision, including special presentation and security requirements
Qualifications
- 2–4 years' experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or hospitality in a client-centric role
- Refined presence and polished communication style, both written and verbal
- Ability to balance discretion with warmth in client interactions
- Proficiency with luxury retail systems, appointment management, and basic administrative tools
- Genuine appreciation for high craftsmanship, heritage, and brand storytelling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of luxury client expectations and white-glove service standards
- Ability to support boutique events and private appointments
- Trusted to handle sensitive client information and high-profile appointments
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
