Boucheron Store Administrator position in Seoul; manage boutique operations, inventory, and administrative functions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage back-office security, safety protocols, and general administrative operations for the boutique
- Coordinate inventory management activities and assist with stock level monitoring
- Prepare daily sales reports, traffic reports, invoice filing, and store documentation
- Communicate with the finance team regarding cash management, payment requests, corporate tax reporting, and purchase order procedures
- Oversee product repair management including quote approval, lead time updates, product returns, and invoice processing
- Coordinate store maintenance and facility management activities
- Maintain employee attendance records and update related systems
- Administer security tool systems and protocols
- Manage orders for store stationery, packaging materials, and supplies
- Oversee store uniform inventory and distribution
- Liaise with external vendors including florists, cleaning services, and security personnel
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations or sales support within a multinational corporation; luxury industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience supporting retail store operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with ERP or SAP systems
- Accounting certification preferred
