Boucheron seeks Senior Sustainability Manager in Paris to lead global sustainability strategy aligned with Kering vision and drive transformation in luxury jewelry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term sustainability vision and ambitious roadmap (2025/2030 and beyond), integrating emerging trends, innovations, and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as official spokesperson for the Maison at industry events, conferences, and sectorial engagements; maintain structured dialogue with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee the Boucheron Fund for Education and direct the Maison's philanthropic strategy
  • Collaborate with business divisions to embed sustainability across all operations; lead strategic initiatives in responsible supply chain, traceability, and sustainable innovation
  • Support the 'Precious People' Inclusion & Diversity Committee
  • Supervise data collection, KPIs, ESG indicators, and reporting (including Environmental Profit & Loss); ensure regulatory compliance and data quality; oversee annual Sustainability Report publication
  • Lead and federate the Sustainability team; embed a strong sustainability culture across all organizational levels; develop internal and external communications to accelerate transformational change
  • Oversee execution of CSR strategy with operational teams and Kering's Sustainability teams; chair cross-functional Sustainability Committee; identify transformation levers and continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, or related fields
  • Excellent understanding of sustainability concepts, preferably with jewelry industry or extractive industry knowledge (UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, OECD Due Diligence Guidance, Responsible Jewelry Council standards)
  • Proven track record leading complex projects with significant change management elements; experience in project management, process definition, and cross-functional project delivery
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated proactive approach and integrity; multidisciplinary expertise
