Boucheron Senior Sales Associate, Tokyo – Lead luxury jewelry sales with ¥250M annual target at Seibu Ikebukuro boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales targets through individual achievement of ¥250 million+ annual revenue
- Deliver distinctive and value-added customer experiences that exceed expectations and drive satisfaction
- Lead client engagement initiatives and organize in-store and external events to attract and retain clientele
- Develop new client relationships and maintain existing VIP accounts through CRM practices, acquiring minimum one new diamond-tier client annually and cultivating two existing relationships
- Support management operations and provide leadership guidance to sales staff on selling techniques and CRM strategies
- Collaborate with management and colleagues on client contact management, data collection, and repeat purchase initiatives
- Execute daily operational tasks including stock verification, merchandise display, and backstock organization
- Participate actively in inventory audits, price changes, and other periodic compliance activities
- Respond to customer service inquiries and reception duties
- Proactively propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated coaching ability
- Advanced analytical capability and feedback-oriented communication style
- Understanding of French heritage, history, and cultural values
- Proven track record in luxury jewelry sales or high-end clientele management
- Jewelry-related certifications such as GIA G.G. or Jewelry Coordinator qualifications preferred
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within high jewelry, watches, or luxury goods sectors; proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage VIP client portfolios.
Education
Secondary education required; higher education in business, hospitality, or luxury goods management preferred. Jewelry-related certifications (GIA G.G., Jewelry Coordinator) are advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan.
