Boucheron Tokyo seeks a Senior Sales Associate to lead luxury jewelry sales and achieve ¥250M annual targets in our Ginza boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive individual and boutique sales performance to exceed ¥250 million annual target
- Serve as maison ambassador embodying company mission and values
- Mentor and develop sales staff, elevating their consultative selling skills
- Lead clienteling initiatives and CRM strategy in collaboration with management
- Cultivate new high-value customer relationships, targeting acquisition of diamond-tier clients
- Maintain ongoing customer contact and data collection to optimize retention and repurchase rates
- Support management in their absence and coordinate with regional managers on operational decisions
- Lead in-store and external events, driving customer engagement and attendance
- Oversee daily maintenance operations including inventory checks, merchandise displays, and backstock organization
- Participate actively in periodic stocktakes, audits, pricing updates, and process improvement initiatives
- Handle customer service inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Propose and implement operational improvements
Qualifications
- Ability to drive annual sales of ¥250 million or above
- Advanced CRM and customer relationship management expertise
- Proven capability to acquire and develop diamond-tier clients (minimum 1 new client annually and 2 existing client relationship enhancements)
- Leadership and staff mentorship abilities
- Mastery of boutique operations including inventory management, merchandising, and visual display
- Understanding of maison and group policies, regulations, and operational standards
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated experience in luxury jewelry retail with proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong background in high-net-worth clientele management and CRM-driven sales approach required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is JPY 250,000,000 per annum.
