Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the boutique ambassador, embodying the maison’s values and driving personal sales to contribute to the store's commercial objectives.
  • Achieve and sustain the boutique sales KPI (annual target: ¥250,000,000 or more).
  • Support store management in daily operations and decision‑making; act in coordination with Relationship Managers when management is absent.
  • Coach and develop sales staff: elevate sales techniques, customer approach and CRM usage across the team.
  • Deliver high‑value, differentiated client experiences that add tangible value and strengthen client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead client events, external sales activities and client mobilisation for in‑store and off‑site initiatives.
  • Execute clientelling and CRM initiatives: contact strategy, data collection, follow‑up and re‑purchase driving in alignment with management.
  • Target diamond business growth: secure at least one new diamond client per year and deepen relationships with at least two existing diamond clients.
  • Ensure strict compliance with maison and group policies; participate in daily maintenance (headcount checks, displays, back‑stock organisation), inventories, audits and price‑update procedures.
  • Manage customer service reception duties and proactively propose operational improvements to enhance boutique efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership and team coaching capability within a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to translate sales data into actionable initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and feedback skills, with a client‑centric approach.
  • Familiarity with French cultural and historical references beneficial for brand storytelling.
  • Gemmological or jewellery qualifications preferred (e.g., GIA G.G., Jewelry Coordinator).

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or recognised gemmology/jewellery qualifications preferred.
