Boucheron seeks a Senior Sales Associate in Dubai (Dubai Mall) to drive High Jewelry sales, clienteling and business development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, discreet sales service to HNW clients, converting consultations into High Jewelry transactions and exceeding individual sales targets.
  • Deploy deep product knowledge to present collections, articulate the maison’s heritage and craftsmanship, and craft compelling product narratives.
  • Execute upselling and cross-selling techniques, demonstrate pieces with confidence, and ensure accurate processing and recording of all sales transactions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, tailored follow-ups and curated luxury experiences.
  • Use CRM tools to log client preferences, purchase history and communications to enable targeted clienteling and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the Store Manager to plan and deliver exclusive client events and personalised in-store experiences.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities by networking with high-net-worth individuals, influencers and external bringers to expand the store’s client base.
  • Provide the store leadership with market feedback on trends, competitor activity and client preferences to inform merchandising and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably within jewelry or high-end watches; demonstrable High Jewelry sales experience.
  • History of meeting and exceeding sales targets; proven contribution of at least 30% High Jewelry turnover preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and rapport across diverse, affluent clienteles.
  • Outstanding verbal storytelling and written communication; fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
  • Proficiency using CRM software and strong clienteling discipline.
