Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized service, understanding client needs, and recommending appropriate jewelry pieces from Boucheron's exquisite collections
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge to communicate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and unique value proposition; demonstrate jewelry pieces effectively
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and team collaboration, with emphasis on High Jewelry sales achievement
- Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure adherence to company policies and retail procedures
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through attentive service, follow-up communications, and personalized experiences
- Proactively engage with existing clients to understand preferences, occasions, and milestones, anticipating needs and tailoring recommendations
