Boucheron seeks Senior Designer for Haute Joaillerie in Paris. Lead jewelry design development and support creative collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and refine jewelry drawings in alignment with creative briefs, from freehand sketches to technical specifications
- Support the monitoring of prototypes and volume studies linked to ongoing projects
- Interface with development teams to transmit information and ensure effective tracking of piece production
- Assist in the preparation of creative review committees
- Oversee project organization and tracking from design conception through sampling and cross-departmental coordination
- Manage and mentor design team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in jewelry design
- Formal training in jewelry design or equivalent (jewelry school, applied arts specialization in jewelry)
- Exceptional mastery of jewelry drawing and technical illustration
- Manual modeling and prototype development skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software is advantageous
- Strong aesthetic sensitivity and ability to interpret creative direction faithfully
- Intellectual flexibility and curiosity
- Excellent organizational skills and team collaboration abilities

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in jewelry design and technical drawing, preferably within haute joaillerie or luxury jewelry environments. Demonstrated ability to translate creative vision into refined technical specifications and to manage collaborative design processes.
Education
