Boucheron seeks Security and Insurance Manager in Paris for CDD role. Protect Maison assets & operations across international markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate security for Maison operations including ateliers, retail locations, boutique design projects, press events, and professional travel in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of operational constraints, assess and select security vendors, design and supervise security measures, conduct operational audits, and track incident trends
  • Record, investigate and analyze security incidents, determine root causes, propose corrective measures, and communicate improvements across the organization
  • Develop and implement security management tools and systems based on identified operational needs
  • Manage insurance dossiers for boutiques, valuables, fine art, and facility works; coordinate with internal departments and external brokers
  • Contribute to contractual clauses related to security and insurance in celebrity contracts
  • Draft and maintain security procedures and recommendations for personnel, asset, and operational protection, with priority focus on United Kingdom and Middle East markets
  • Monitor technical and regulatory developments in security sector and assess potential impacts on the Maison's activities
  • Identify, analyze, and communicate security and safety risks affecting employees, professional travel, and operations
  • Ensure security and safety training programs for internal teams in Middle East and United Kingdom markets through needs assessment, vendor selection, training coordination, and continuous improvement
  • Provide crisis management support to the Maison's crisis response cell

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in international risk management, political science, security and defense, or related field
  • 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in security or safety roles
  • Knowledge of insurance principles (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and writing capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive contexts
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills in international settings
