Boucheron Sales Operations Manager in Dubai—support Middle East franchise network with retail analytics, merchandising, and supply chain operations for luxury jewelry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce, consolidate, and analyze weekly and monthly sell-out reports and retail KPIs, with particular focus on boutique performance metrics including traffic, conversion, and average transaction value
- Support boutiques in defining and implementing monthly action plans to drive sales performance and identify commercial opportunities aligned with regional strategy
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and visualization tools to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and business visibility across the network
- Deploy and monitor Retail Excellence standards across partner boutiques, ensuring consistency in client experience, selling ceremony, and brand standards
- Prepare monthly sales analysis by category and collection, conduct quarterly product performance reviews, and monitor product lifecycle to flag underperformance or overstock risks
- Coordinate product launches in collaboration with Retail Excellence, Visual Merchandising, and Communications teams, ensuring operational readiness in boutiques
- Build specific assortments for events and activations; consolidate consignment requests and manage allocation follow-up
- Consolidate and analyze stock reports across the network, identify overstock or shortage situations, and propose action plans with partners and internal teams
- Contribute to sell-in planning based on sell-out performance and stock levels; maintain rolling forecasts and issue replenishment recommendations aligned with sales performance
- Monitor allocations to ensure timely invoicing and shipment; confirm monthly shipment content per market after partner validation
- Develop partners' CRM mindset and assist in database analysis to identify priorities and opportunities; support implementation of CRM action plans
- Establish and improve after-sales service workflows; support partners in managing client complaints and enquiries with timely resolution
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in product merchandising, buying, commercial, or retail roles within the luxury industry; jewelry experience is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to conduct independent sell-out analysis and prepare accurate sell-in projections
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build trusted relationships with partners and boutique teams
- Fluency in English; French or Arabic is advantageous
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with demonstrated ability to develop automation and dashboards
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of professional experience in product merchandising, buying, commercial, or retail operations within the luxury sector, with exposure to franchisee or wholesale partner management preferred.
