Boucheron Sales Manager - Seoul. Lead luxury jewelry retail operations across Korea's boutique network. 7+ years' experience required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all commercial sales activities and ensure boutiques achieve agreed sales targets across Korea's retail network, including two duty-free locations
  • Oversee smooth opening and operational launch of new boutiques, ensuring compliance with Boucheron standards and brand guidelines
  • Direct retail campaigns for assigned stores and manage boutique operations consistent with maison standards
  • Conduct regular boutique visits to provide performance feedback, staff management oversight, and formal performance reviews
  • Develop area action plans to achieve commercial targets in qualitative and quantitative dimensions
  • Monitor and administer sales, manage overall turnover, and optimize boutique productivity and profitability
  • Provide sales forecasts for new product launches and analyze sales results to generate actionable qualitative insights
  • Analyze competitor sales performance and promotional activities to maintain competitive positioning
  • Maintain landlord relationships through brand events and product launch animations
  • Improve boutique service quality, develop and execute effective CRM events, and manage customer claims
  • Gather first-hand market intelligence on commercial projects within each shopping mall
  • Negotiate with landlords on business opportunities and leverage their resources for BTQ events and special activities
  • Manage store team roles, responsibilities, and performance; foster team cohesion and motivation
  • Inspire and motivate boutique managers to build productive, high-performing teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in luxury retail sales management
  • In-depth knowledge of jewelry, high-jewelry, or watchmaking products and the luxury goods industry
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to manage sales data and performance metrics
  • Excellent understanding of the selling process, customer behavior, and consumer psychology
  • Proven team leadership and management experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to achieve and exceed sales objectives

Experience

Proven track record in boutique operations management and customer relationship development within a luxury brand context.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related discipline; or equivalent professional experience demonstrating advanced business acumen.
