Boucheron is hiring a Sales Manager in Seoul, South Korea to lead boutique sales, operations and teams across Korea.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all commercial sales activities for Boucheron boutiques across Korea, including two duty‑free locations, and ensure achievement of agreed sales targets.
  • Define and implement area action plans and retail campaigns to drive qualitative and quantitative commercial objectives.
  • Oversee boutique operations to ensure adherence to Maison standards during openings, daily service and promotional periods.
  • Regularly visit boutiques to assess performance, mentor store teams, provide actionable feedback and conduct performance reviews.
  • Administer sales reporting, analyze results and provide sales estimates for new product launches; monitor competitor activity and market promotions.
  • Develop and execute customer relationship initiatives, including CRM events, service quality improvements and claims management.
  • Maintain and leverage landlord and mall relationships to secure merchandising opportunities, support boutique events and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Manage, inspire and retain boutique managers and store teams, defining roles and fostering a cohesive, high‑performing retail organisation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum seven years' professional experience in sales and retail, preferably within luxury goods or jewellery.
  • In‑depth knowledge of luxury product categories and industry dynamics, with proven experience in boutique or multi‑store environments.
  • Demonstrable experience managing teams and driving performance across multiple retail locations.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships with landlords, partners and internal stakeholders.

Experience

At least 7 years of progressive experience in luxury retail sales, with prior responsibility for multi‑site operations or area management; proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing boutique openings and leading store managers.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
