Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store sales experiences and consistently exceed monthly sales targets
- Master and execute the complete sales process: welcome, discovery and understanding, agreement, transaction, and development
- Approach customers based on their needs and purchasing motivations, and manage negotiations and complaints professionally
- Develop and maintain client relationships using PCRM tools (DCC, MyCat)
- Acquire and share current industry trends and competitive intelligence
- Maintain daily boutique operations including stock verification, merchandising, and backroom organization
- Participate in periodic inventory audits, compliance checks, and price change activities
- Manage customer service (CS) reception duties
- Propose operational improvements and contribute to process optimization
- Embody the brand as a maison ambassador and uphold all company policies and operational guidelines
Qualifications
- GIA G.G. certification or equivalent jewelry-related qualification (preferred)
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-jewelry sales
- Exceptional product knowledge and consultative selling abilities
- Strong CRM and digital tool proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Japanese and English (minimum)
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or jewelry sales is required. Demonstrated consistent achievement of sales targets and established capability in clienteling and CRM management are essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Jewelry industry certifications such as GIA G.G. or Jewelry Coordinator qualifications are highly valued.
