Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, understanding company goals and missions to achieve individual sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional and unique brand experiences at all touchpoints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Master daily boutique operations and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Handle customer service, sales operations, client management, and customer service reception duties.
  • Achieve performance in sales KPIs, including annual sales exceeding 80 million yen.
  • Execute Boucheron's selling ceremony and personalize customer interactions.
  • Propose and execute upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Sell items with a unit price of over 2 million yen.
  • Address simple customer complaints and negotiation requests.
  • Maintain connections with clients and prospects, utilizing PCRM tools effectively.
  • Understand store guidelines and processes, including tax refunds, delivery, hand-carry, cash payments, and security.
  • Utilize retail-related IT tools such as CEGID, M3, and related applications.
  • Analyze personal performance and develop action plans for growth.

Qualifications

  • GIA G.G. or Jewelry Coordinator certification is advantageous.

Skills

One-team spirit and hospitality mindset. Team player and self-starter. Understanding of client needs and prioritization skills. Adaptability to environmental changes (resilience). Multitasking ability.

Experience

Experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in jewelry or high-end fashion, is preferred.
