Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Boucheron brand with sophistication and professionalism to all clientele
- Guide customers at every stage of the buying journey, providing personalized service and consultancy
- Present jewelry collections using established brand standards and visual merchandising principles
- Advise customers on product characteristics, styles, and seasonal trends relevant to their preferences
- Achieve and contribute to store sales targets through effective selling techniques and client engagement
- Embody and communicate company values, serving as the visible and trusted face of the brand
- Support store management activities and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or high-end client advisory roles
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach
- Strong understanding of luxury jewelry and watch product knowledge
- Ability to present collections professionally and persuasively

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of professional retail or client advisory experience, ideally within the luxury jewelry, watches, or high-end fashion sector.
Education
Secondary education required; additional training in luxury retail, jewelry certification, or gemology is advantageous.
