Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed product information and exceptional service to customers.
  • Achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Enhance customer awareness and satisfaction with the brand.
  • Accurately verify daily sales and inventory records.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for product management.
  • Ensure product security to prevent theft and other losses.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Ability to communicate in conversational English. Strong attention to detail and excellent sales skills. Mature, approachable demeanor with emotional stability. Responsibility and team collaboration. Optimistic and cheerful disposition.

Experience

A minimum of two years in retail sales, with a preference for candidates with experience in the luxury industry.

Education
