- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, for sales and inventory reporting.
- Conversational spoken English for everyday client communication.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy for daily reconciliations.
- Proven sales ability with a consultative, client-focused approach.
- Mature, approachable demeanour; emotionally stable, responsible and collaborative.
- Positive, energetic attitude and strong team orientation.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail sales experience is required; prior exposure to the luxury jewellery or fashion sector is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or vocational secondary school certificate (or equivalent).
