Boucheron Sales Associate in Seoul: represent luxury jewelry brand, guide customers, achieve sales targets. Full-time retail position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store operations efficiently while establishing plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Communicate brand heritage and luxury positioning to customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain current market and competitive knowledge relevant to the luxury jewelry sector
- Execute sales procedures in compliance with brand standards to contribute to revenue growth
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey, including collection guidance, product selection, and returns or exchanges management
