Boucheron seeks a Sales Associate in Seoul to advise clients on high-jewelry and watches, represent the maison and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the visible face of the brand by welcoming clients, conducting personalised consultations and guiding buyers through their purchase journey.
- Present and demonstrate collections according to brand standards, communicating product characteristics, provenance and care guidance for high-jewelry and watches.
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique targets through proactive clienteling, cross-selling and upselling.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, client records and follow-up communications using boutique CRM and POS procedures.
- Maintain boutique visual and merchandising standards, ensuring displays, inventory and stockroom organisation meet maison guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales service including repairs coordination, documentation of high-value transactions and discreet client relationship management.
- Comply with internal policies on loss prevention, product authenticity and regulatory requirements for high-value goods.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for client-facing selling and relationship building in a luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrable attention to detail when presenting and handling high-value jewellery and watches.
- Resilient commercial focus with the ability to meet sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in South Korea.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail or jewellery/watch sales, with a track record of meeting sales targets and managing high-value client relationships. Experience handling delicate items and complex transactions is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in luxury retail, sales or gemology is a plus.
