Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, communicating the maison's values, mission, and sales objectives to clients across all touchpoints
- Deliver exceptional and distinctive brand experiences through comprehensive product knowledge and superior customer service that exceeds expectations
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, with an annual revenue performance minimum of ¥100 million
- Master the complete sales process from client greeting through discovery, product understanding, persuasion, transaction closing, and relationship development
- Develop and maintain client relationships using PCRM tools (DCC, MyCat, etc.) to support personalized clientelling and prospect follow-up
- Conduct daily maintenance tasks including inventory checks, visual merchandising, and backstock organization
- Participate actively in periodic stocktakes, audits, and pricing updates
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and resolution-focused communication
- Monitor industry trends and competitor intelligence to inform sales strategies and maintain market awareness
- Contribute proactive operational improvement recommendations to enhance boutique efficiency and customer experience
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail sales or high-value customer service environments
- Strong product knowledge with the ability to communicate jewelry characteristics, styles, and heritage narratives compellingly
- Proficiency with PCRM software platforms and CRM systems
- Ability to engage in effective negotiation and handle objections with tact and skill
- GIA G.G. (Gemologist) certification or Jewelry Coordinator qualification (preferred but not required)
- Fluent Japanese with professional communication skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of demonstrated success in luxury jewelry retail or high-end boutique sales environments, or equivalent experience in luxury brand client advisory roles. Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding personal and team sales targets.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) required; higher education in business, luxury brand management, or related disciplines is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is JPY 100,000,000 per annum.
