Boucheron Sales Associate position in Nagoya, Japan. Luxury jewelry retail role with annual sales target of ¥100 million.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, understanding and communicating the Maison's goals and mission while achieving individual sales targets
  • Deliver exceptional and unique brand experiences at every customer touchpoint, ensuring consistently high-level customer satisfaction
  • Master boutique daily operations and actively propose improvements to processes and performance
  • Achieve annual sales KPI of ¥100 million or more
  • Consistently meet monthly sales targets through mastery of sales techniques and comprehensive product knowledge
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies tailored to client needs and purchasing motivation
  • Manage client relationships and prospects using PCRM tools (DCC, MyCat, and similar platforms)
  • Maintain thorough understanding of Maison and group policies; participate in inventory checks, displays, maintenance, stock organization, audits, and pricing updates
  • Handle customer service inquiries and complaints with professionalism and smoothness
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor intelligence, sharing insights with the team
  • Lead operational improvement initiatives and contribute to daily maintenance tasks

Qualifications
