Boucheron in Monaco seeks a Sales Associate (CDI) for its boutique — join the luxury retail team; start June/July 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales targets and actively contribute to the boutique’s overall commercial objectives.
  • Develop, retain and expand a high-value clientele through proactive prospecting and personalised clienteling.
  • Support colleagues during the sales process and ensure administrative tasks are completed with accuracy and discretion.
  • Report new prospects and consignments to store management for inclusion in central CRM lists; nurture a professional network to generate new contacts.
  • Propose creative client treatments and bespoke service initiatives in alignment with store leadership and brand standards.
  • Act as an ambassador of Boucheron’s retail excellence by applying the brand’s sales ceremony, demonstrating precise product knowledge, and upholding ethical values.
  • Apply CRM rules and use the brand’s clienteling tools to record interactions and follow up effectively.
  • Respect and maintain Boucheron grooming and visual presentation directives; implement internal VM, floral and music guidelines.
  • Comply with security and safety procedures specific to high‑value merchandise.
  • Contribute to daily boutique operations: maintain store appearance, participate in VM and stock tasks, perform occasional administrative duties, and animate or attend morning briefings when required.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years’ experience in a comparable luxury retail or client-facing service role, preferably within high jewellery or premium accessories.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a demanding, changeable environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated capability in relationship building and network development.
  • Professional presentation and adherence to brand grooming standards.
  • Proficiency with Pack Office and basic digital tools; familiarity with CRM usage and social media for client engagement.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Experience
