Boucheron seeks a Sales Associate in Macau to represent the Maison, deliver elevated customer service, develop client relationships and contribute to sales targets, CRM and boutique operations. The role requires at least 3 years of frontline retail experience; luxury jewelry and watch experience is an advantage.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Boucheron as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the Maison’s history, current collections, trends and market activity.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and hospitality to all customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales turnover through walk-in customers and the customer database, with appropriate customer follow-up.
- Maintain professional knowledge of the brand, products and marketing activities.
- Assist with daily operations, including stock management and shop presentation.
- Support CRM development through strategy and practice.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit and debit cards.
- Provide regular competitor updates as market intelligence.
- Contribute merchandising feedback at the boutique to increase brand exposure and customer attraction.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of retail frontline experience; experience in the luxury jewelry and watches industry is an advantage.
- Passion for luxury jewelry, with a positive and mature mindset.
- Ability to adapt to a changing, target-oriented environment.
- Team player with good communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
