Boucheron seeks an Executive Sales Associate at its Harrods London boutique to drive luxury jewelry sales and build client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance by delivering personalized consultations, understanding client needs, and recommending appropriate jewelry selections from Boucheron's prestigious collections
  • Leverage comprehensive product knowledge to articulate the Maison's heritage, craftsmanship, heritage, and distinctive value proposition
  • Achieve and surpass individual sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and product demonstration techniques whilst maintaining a collaborative team approach
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through attentive service, proactive communication, and customized experiences
  • Proactively identify and connect with existing clients to anticipate needs related to special occasions, preferences, and lifecycle events
  • Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions, preferences, purchasing patterns, and enable targeted relationship management and business development
  • Maintain meticulous records of sales transactions whilst ensuring strict adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and store security protocols
  • Contribute to retail operational excellence through participation in visual merchandising, inventory management, POS operations, and transversal store initiatives
  • Represent Boucheron as a brand ambassador, embodying the Maison's selling ceremony, values, and commitment to luxury service standards

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in luxury retail sales, ideally within jewelry or high-end fashion sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives and targets
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities with capacity to establish rapport and credibility with clientele from varied backgrounds
  • Fluency in multiple languages (preferred)
  • Proficiency in CRM software platforms and sophisticated clienteling methodologies
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with an aptitude for storytelling and brand narratives
