Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through personalised service, needs analysis, product demonstrations and effective upselling and cross‑selling techniques.

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining accurate transaction records and compliance with company policies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by executing the Maison’s selling ceremony and delivering exceptional in‑store client experiences.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive follow‑up, tailored outreach and high‑impact clienteling.
  • Use CRM tools to log interactions, track preferences and buying patterns to enable targeted outreach and business development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to broaden the store’s clientele and increase market visibility.
  • Support retail operations including visual merchandising (VM), stock management and POS system tasks, and contribute to transversal store activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within jewellery or high‑end fashion.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and rapport with high‑net‑worth and international clients.
  • Excellent verbal communication and storytelling capabilities; fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and advanced clienteling techniques.
  • Commercially driven, results‑oriented and collaborative team player.
