Boucheron Sales Associate – Hong Kong luxury jewelry retail position representing the prestigious maison on the sales floor.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Boucheron brand values and aesthetic standards to clientele
- Guide clients through the complete buying journey with personalized product recommendations
- Present jewelry collections and accessories using established brand standards and presentation techniques
- Develop expertise in product characteristics, craftsmanship, and brand heritage to educate clients
- Support styling guidance and trend consultation to enhance customer experience
- Contribute to achievement of sales targets and store performance metrics
- Maintain premium customer service standards and enhance overall satisfaction
- Support store management activities and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry or high-end fashion
- Understanding of jewelry, precious materials, and craftsmanship
- Client-facing excellence with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Familiarity with brand positioning, luxury market standards, and discerning clientele expectations
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within jewelry, watches, or high-end fashion environments. Direct experience with discerning clientele and complex sales journeys is preferred.
Education
Secondary education minimum; additional training in jewelry, gemology, or luxury retail is advantageous.
