Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, showcasing comprehensive knowledge of Boucheron's history, current product collections, and market trends.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality to all clientele.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive engagement with walk-in customers and the customer database, ensuring diligent follow-up.
- Maintain professional expertise in brand, product, and marketing activities.
- Assist in daily operations, including stock management and shop presentation.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies and practices.
- Process payments and manage cash and credit/debit card transactions.
- Conduct market intelligence by regularly updating competitor information.
- Participate in merchandising feedback to enhance brand exposure and customer attraction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail frontline experience, preferably in the luxury jewelry and watch sector.
- Passion for luxury jewelry, with a positive and mature mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
