Boucheron in Guangzhou seeks a Sales Associate to advise clients on jewellery and watches, represent the maison and achieve boutique sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the maison at boutique level and deliver an elevated client experience throughout the entire buying journey.
- Advise clients on styles, materials and product characteristics; present collections in accordance with Boucheron brand standards.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through attentive service, follow‑up and clienteling practices to drive repeat business.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets through active prospecting, cross‑selling and upselling.
- Ensure boutique standards are upheld: visual merchandising, stock presentation and compliance with company policies.
- Operate point‑of‑sale procedures accurately, manage payments and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably 1+ years in luxury goods or jewellery/watches retail.
- Demonstrable client advisory skills and a strong service orientation with a focus on long‑term relationship building.
- Ability to present product storytelling in a polished, persuasive manner and to meet sales targets consistently.
- Numerical accuracy for cash handling and transaction management.
- Professional demeanour that aligns with luxury maison standards and brand values.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of front‑line retail experience, ideally within luxury, jewellery or watches. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales objectives and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales, gemology or a related discipline is advantageous.
