Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales by providing personalized service to clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate jewelry pieces from Boucheron's collections
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge to communicate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and unique value proposition while adhering to Boucheron's selling ceremony
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and product demonstration techniques while maintaining team spirit
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through attentive service, follow-up communications, and personalized experiences
- Proactively engage with existing clients to understand preferences, occasions, and milestones, anticipating their needs
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to track client interactions, preferences, and purchase history for targeted outreach and relationship management
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the store's client base and market presence
- Participate actively in transversal store activities including visual merchandising, stock management, and POS systems
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and store security guidelines
- Act as an ambassador of Boucheron, representing the maison's heritage and values with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry
- Exceptional sales acumen with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills and storytelling ability, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in CRM software and demonstrated clienteling expertise
- Fluency in multiple languages preferred
