Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver Palace-level welcome and client service to French and international customers, ensuring discretion and respect at all times
- Greet clients, manage waiting lists, inform visitors and present the boutique tour
- Serve beverages and attend to client comfort during appointments
- Support sales advisors during product presentations by anticipating needs, observing client cues and adapting to requests
- Prepare pieces for presentation or sale: place items in cases, execute gift wrapping and prepare certificates
- Maintain boutique presentation to house guidelines; assist with visual merchandising and in-store displays
- Manage point-of-sale merchandising (PLV) and beverage stock orders and replenishments
- Coordinate closely with Back Office and After-Sales teams and comply with in-store security procedures
- Photograph pieces according to house photography guidelines when required
Qualifications
- Ambassador of the maison with strong alignment to its values and image
- Passion for fashion, luxury and high jewellery, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent English; additional language(s) appreciated
- Excellent personal presentation and a service-oriented mindset
Skills
Experience
Previous client-facing experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality or a boutique environment is preferred (typically 1+ year). Demonstrable experience supporting sales teams and maintaining high visual standards is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury services is a plus.
