Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to both French and international clientele, ensuring a Palace-level service.
- Serve beverages to clients.
- Greet clients with discretion, kindness, and respect.
- Manage client wait times in the boutique and provide information as needed.
- Present the boutique tour to clients.
- Assist sales associates during product presentations.
- Listen attentively to client and sales associate requests and adapt accordingly.
- Prepare items in cases, gift wrap, and create certificates.
- Participate in the setup and maintenance of the boutique according to brand guidelines.
- Ensure the boutique is impeccably maintained.
- Handle orders and restocking of promotional materials and beverages.
- Learn and implement security protocols within the boutique.
- Collaborate closely with Back Office and Customer Service teams.
- Photograph pieces in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Support visual merchandising activities within the boutique.
Qualifications
- Act as an ambassador for the brand and its values.
- Passionate about fashion and the luxury universe with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English; a third language is appreciated.
- Well-presented with a strong sense of service.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or a customer-facing role is preferred.
