Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to both French and international clientele, ensuring a Palace-level service.
  • Serve beverages to clients with discretion and respect.
  • Manage client wait times and provide information as needed.
  • Present the boutique tour to clients.
  • Assist sales associates during product presentations.
  • Listen attentively to client and sales associate requests, adapting to each situation.
  • Prepare items in boxes, create gift packages, and issue certificates.
  • Participate in boutique setup and maintain its appearance according to brand guidelines.
  • Oversee orders and restocking of promotional materials and beverages.
  • Implement security protocols within the boutique.
  • Collaborate closely with Back Office and Customer Service teams.
  • Photograph pieces in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Support visual merchandising activities within the boutique.

Qualifications

  • Act as an ambassador for the brand and its values.
  • Passionate about fashion and the luxury industry, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English; a third language is appreciated.
  • Presentable with a strong sense of service.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or a customer-facing role is preferred.
